Job Full Description
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance to any living unit when required. Previous experience in building maintenance is required and someone who is highly skilled with various hand and power tools.
Reliable Transportation is required as this individual will travel Between Ogden and Layton
Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:
- Minor drywall repairs
- Patching and minor painting repairs
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Handling additional repairs and maintenance.
- Working closely with property manager
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Shift-8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday- Friday
Location: Ogden, UT
