Are you a detail-driven construction professional with a passion for precision and client success? We’re looking for a Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in both estimating and business development.
What You will Do:
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates based on blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
- Engage with prospective clients, follow up on leads, and present detailed proposals.
- Conduct daily sales calls to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
- Advise clients on material and service selections tailored to their project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates align with project expectations.
- Stay current on industry trends, materials, and best practices.
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals.
What We are Looking For:
- Proven experience in construction estimating and sales.
- Strong technical understanding of construction materials and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to quality and deadlines.
