Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is hiring a Hatchery Worker to join a well-established, family-owned hatchery serving the Pacific Northwest! This company is proudly certified by the Global Animal Partnership and is committed to raising chickens the way nature intended — with care and integrity.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning pressure washing racks and equipment. The ideal candidate is punctual, hard-working, and self-motivated. This is a great opportunity to start with a temporary project that could lead to a long-term role for the right person!

Schedule:
- Monday- Friday Friday – 6:00 am-4:00 pm

Location:
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Clean and disinfect incubators, hatchers, egg room, processing room, and hatchery equipment
- General labor, pressure washing
- Lifting and pulling 50 pounds
- Observe all company personnel, safety, quality, and food safety policies
- Must not have exposure to poultry or birds outside of work
- Adhere to all safety rules, including PPE, preventing, and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management related matters
- All other duties as assigned
