Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local company in Bellingham to find an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to work with an employer who offers competitive pay and benefits!

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Communicate effectively on the phone, in person, and written correspondence
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with proven follow-up capabilities
- Answer multi-line phones and transfer call
- Take and distribute messages
- Maintain detailed customer account information
- Data entry
- Providing a positive customer service experience on the phone, via email, and in person
