Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is hiring a Parts Assistant for a growing company in Bellingham that specializes in engine remanufacturing. Pay:
- $19.13 per hour to start, with a pay increase after the probationary period
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday through Friday with some Saturdays: 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
Location:
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 50 pounds safely and consistently
- Strong computer skills, including data entry, inventory systems, and basic office software
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to sort, label, and maintain parts inventory accurately
- Excellent memory and attention to detail, especially for part numbers, quantities, and locations
- Comfortable tracking, logging, and retrieving parts using both digital and physical systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests efficiently
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with technicians, vendors, and team members
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
