Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is hiring a fabrication and assembly technician for a company in Bellingham! This company has built a reputation for delivering durable and highly trusted products since 2006. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work, has experience using power tools, a 2-axis CNC router, and material handling, and is comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay: $20.00-$23.00/HR.
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Location: Bellingham, WA
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Build custom pallets and skids for product shipments
-Fabricate and package vinyl fence products
-Assist with shop cleanup and organization
-Perform inventory counting and material handling
-Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
-Follow quality and safety standards throughout the production process
Qualifications:
-One year of manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, or production experience
-Ability to accurately read a tape measure
-Experience using power tools safely and effectively
-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-Reliable attendance and positive attitude
