Position Details
Position: Production & Sanitation Associate
Location: Bellingham, WA
Pay: $19.13/HR
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Sanitation Responsibilities
- Clean, rinse, scrub, and sanitize bakery and production equipment
- Disassemble and reassemble food-processing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility
- Follow GMP and food safety guidelines
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely using required PPE
- Complete sanitation logs and documentation
- Inspect equipment for cleanliness and functionality
- Prepare production areas for upcoming shifts
- Support packaging and production teams as needed
Production Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor food production equipment
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Load ingredients into machines and mixers
- Monitor baking temperatures and production processes
- Move finished products to cooling and packaging areas
- Package and label products
- Inspect products for quality, consistency, and appearance
- Perform production recordkeeping
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
