Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Must be available to work overtime as needed, potentially until 7:00 PM.
Position Details
- Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
- Location: Bellingham, WA
- Pay: $25.00/HR
What You'll Do
- Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment throughout the yard
- Perform general labor duties in and around the boat yard and dock
- Assist with rigging and blocking operations
- Move materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Tie off barges at the dock
- Sweep and maintain yard cleanliness
- Pick up debris and perform general housekeeping tasks
- Pressure wash equipment and work areas
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the day
- Spend approximately 25% of the day operating a forklift and 75% performing labor duties
What We're Looking For
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Team player who works well with others
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Open to working overtime when needed
- Boat yard, construction, warehouse, or heavy labor experience is a plus
