Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and hard-working Service Technician to join our team. This role requires a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering top-notch service. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
Primary Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engines, large lawn equipment, mowers, tillers, and other related machinery and equipment.

Perform troubleshooting and mechanical inspections to determine the root cause of issues.

Ensure a clean and organized shop area, including regular collection and disposal of trash.

Clearly and effectively explain the diagnosis and repair of machines to customers when required, ensuring their complete understanding and satisfaction.

Maintain high safety and quality standards while working with all tools and machinery.
Physical & Technical Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs.

Must have good eyesight (correctable to 20/20) and normal hearing to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Capable of working in various environmental conditions and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
