Yasmine Gody

Division Manager - Light Industrial | Skilled Trades

Yasmine Gody began her journey with Express Employment Professionals in 2022 as a Front Desk Coordinator. Through her dedication and strong leadership, she has advanced to the role of Division Manager for Industrial and Skilled Trades at the Seattle and North Seattle offices.

Yasmine is known for her commitment to fostering strong relationships and takes pride in the success of both current and former Express associates. Her passion for helping others thrive has made her a trusted and valued leader within the organization.

Outside of her professional role, Yasmine is a creative spirit who enjoys producing surrealist paintings, crafting pottery, and engaging in competitive strategy games.

Alec Kearns

Business Developer

Alec was born and raised right here in western Washington. After high school and church service, Alec attended Brigham Young University where he attained a BA in Political Science and an MA in Education with highest honors. Before coming to Express in 2023, Alec worked in the education sector as a teacher, trainer and administrator. With his past experiences in education, Alec has developed a ‘people first’ skillset to problem-solving that helps firms achieve their business goals. 

Alec and his wife are the parents of five children. Together, they are part-time (unpaid) chauffeurs, shuttling their children back-and-forth to sports practices, ballet classes, and church youth activities. Alec enjoys serving in his church, going to Mariner games with his sons, and coaching tough-to-watch Little League baseball teams.

Charles Mowrey

General Manager, Office Services Director

Charles Mowrey has been a dedicated team member at Express Employment Professionals since February 2021. He began his journey as a Brand Manager, later transitioning into a recruiting role at the Seattle office, where he developed a strong specialization in office services recruiting. His keen ability to connect top-tier administrative talent with client needs has played a key role in the branch’s success.

In June 2023, Charles was promoted to Branch Manager of the North Seattle office, where he continued to drive performance and team development. He returned to lead the Seattle branch in April 2024, bringing with him a results-driven mindset and a deep understanding of Express operations.

A Washington native, Charles also draws on a diverse background in customer service, hospitality management, and automotive services. His time living in Hawaii added to his adaptable and well-rounded perspective. Outside the office, Charles enjoys mountain biking, camping, snowboarding, photography, and travel.

Erika Rodgers

Contract & Search Specialist

Erika is an experienced Recruiter with over four years of experience in workforce development and staffing. Currently serving at the Specialized Recruiting Group in Seattle, she focuses on talent acquisition within Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Sales, where she is dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with client organizations.

Throughout her career, Erika has consistently delivered high-impact staffing solutions by aligning candidate strengths with client needs. Her strong communication skills and relationship-building expertise have driven successful placements and sustained team growth, particularly across Freight Forwarding and logistics-focused companies nationwide.

Erika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Seattle University and is dedicated to continuous professional development through ongoing learning and industry engagement. A former Division I softball athlete, Erika brings a competitive spirit and strategic mindset to her work. Originally from California, she now resides in Seattle, where she enjoys hiking, traveling, and building meaningful personal and professional connections.
