Our client is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales/Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This individual will play a key role in expanding territory sales, maintaining current accounts, and developing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Grow territory sales by maintaining relationships with current accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations and training sessions to educate customers on product offerings.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to address their challenges.

Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize revenue per account and drive sales growth.

Visit customer sites to provide service, collect feedback, and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Quote pricing, negotiate terms, and ensure profitable transactions while maintaining competitive pricing.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities.

Collaborate with internal departments to forecast product demand and ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and distribution systems, ensuring data integrity and tracking progress.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, local codes, and customer preferences to recommend the best solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

Proven experience in sales prospecting, negotiation, and closing.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed quotas.

Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to drive and visit customer locations or job sites regularly.

Occasional lifting or handling of samples or materials as part of daily operations.

Frequent travel within the assigned territory, with occasional travel for trade shows or company meetings.
Experience & Education:
-
Minimum 2 years of outside or field sales experience (3+ years preferred).

Experience in wholesale distribution (required).

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
