Beverly Amstadter and Matteo Pedrioli are the proud husband and wife owners of Express Employment Professionals in Spokane, a business that has been part of Beverly’s family and the local community since 1994.
A family business, now in its second generation
Beverly grew up in the business and took on plenty of temporary roles herself, so she knows the staffing world from the inside out. She was often the one called when a job was hard to fill... like this one!
A Spokane native, Beverly played soccer at Gonzaga University (Go Zags!) and remains deeply connected to the community she serves. She is proud to serve on the boards of her local INSHRM chapter and Rotary Club 21, where she supports workforce development and community impact initiatives.
From Berlin to Spokane
Matteo has lived all over the world, growing up mainly in Europe. He and Beverly met when she moved to Berlin, and she eventually convinced him to make the move to Spokane, with a little help from Hoopfest. Matteo brings a background in marketing and digital advertising, along with an international perspective, and today leads recruiting, business development, and operations for the office.
Hands-on, every day
Together, Beverly and Matteo run the Spokane office with a very hands-on approach. They stay closely involved in client relationships, associate experiences, and the day-to-day details that keep everything moving. Whether it’s checking in with a client, troubleshooting a tough placement, or celebrating an associate’s work anniversary, they believe the best results come from being present, responsive, and genuinely invested. Their goal is simple: to be a thoughtful, trusted, and reliable partner to local businesses while helping people find work that truly fits their skills, goals, and lives.
In May 2026, they welcomed their first baby. Maybe the third generation of Express Spokane?!
