Parking Lot Attendant – Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and customer-oriented individuals to assist with parking lot management during the busiest season of the year. Team members will help direct employee vehicles, guide pedestrians safely, and ensure efficient and organized use of private parking areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct cars to appropriate parking spaces.

  • Assist pedestrians in safely navigating parking areas.

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.

  • Help maintain traffic flow and ensure safety within the lot.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

  • Follow all company safety and operational procedures.

Expected Results

  • Smooth, efficient parking operations.

  • Safe and orderly movement of vehicles and pedestrians.

  • Positive interactions with employees and visitors.

  • Reliable attendance and teamwork throughout the season.

Qualities Required

  • Dependable and punctual.

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to stay calm and organized in busy environments.

  • Flexibility and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Equipment Used

  • Safety vests and reflective gear.

  • Two-way radios (as required).

  • Traffic cones, signage, or directional devices.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable standing or walking for up to 4 hours.

  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and dress accordingly. 

Safety Equipment

  • Company-provided reflective vest and/or other required safety gear.

Work Schedule

Full-Time Option:

  • May include additional hours or shifts based on operational needs.

Part-Time Option:

  • Must have flexibility in scheduling and be available during peak hours.

  • Outdoor, fast-paced environment.
