Job Full Description
We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Project Coordinator on behalf of a valued client to support and manage daily warehouse operations while ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe workflow across all activities.
This role involves coordinating shipping and receiving, maintaining detailed inventory records, overseeing materials handling, and assisting with crating and packaging processes for outgoing products.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or project coordination, strong knowledge of distribution processes, and hands-on familiarity with crating, carpentry, or similar environments.
You’ll help guide warehouse staff, uphold OSHA-compliant safety standards, manage supply usage and purchasing needs, and collaborate closely with logistics partners and e-commerce teams to streamline procedures and meet project deadlines.
Candidates should be comfortable with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and be committed to efficiency and continuous improvement. A valid driver’s license, legal authorization to work in the U.S., and a high school diploma (or equivalent) are required.
