Lead Chocolatier - $19/hour to $22/hour
Full-Time | On-Site
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Chocolatier to join a chocolate manufacturing and confectionery production team. This role requires hands-on expertise in traditional chocolate work and the ability to independently execute complex chocolate recipes and designs in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily chocolate production, including tempering, molding, enrobing, and finishing
- Produce high-quality bonbons, truffles, and specialty chocolate items
- Use airbrush equipment for decorative and detailed finishing
- Accurately follow written formulas and production instructions
- Ensure quality, consistency, and food safety standards are met
- Assist with training and guiding production staff as needed
Required Experience
- Proven professional experience in chocolate making
- Mandatory expertise in chocolate tempering
- Hands-on experience with truffle and/or bonbon production
- Airbrush experience for decorative chocolate work
- Ability to walk into a production facility and perform independently using written instructions only
