Counter Sales Associate

Position: Counter Sales
Location: Spokane, Washington
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the sales counter with truck parts and accessories inquiries

• Identify, recommend, and sell appropriate parts based on customer needs

• Process sales transactions accurately using company software

• Answer phone calls and provide product information and pricing

• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked counter and sales area

• Work collaboratively with warehouse and management staff to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience with auto or truck parts preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Decent computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
