About the Role
Providence’s Center of Occupational Health & Education is seeking a dedicated Health Services Coordinator to join their Eastern Washington team. This office-based role focuses on case management for injured workers within the Washington State workers’ compensation system. You’ll work closely with attending providers to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor recovery goals, identify barriers, and coordinate care, ensuring injured workers receive seamless support throughout their recovery.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison for providers, workers, and employers to facilitate communication and resolve questions/issues.
- Build, implement, and monitor treatment plans and recovery goals.
- Track claims, complete care coordination documentation, and analyze provider and care coordinator data.
- Conduct outreach and education for new clinics and providers within the COHE program.
- Maintain a positive, professional representation of Providence in all interactions.
Experience and Education Required
- Minimum 3 years of direct adult patient care experience (nursing, vocational counseling, case management, or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
- If no bachelor's degree, 7 years' experience in direct patient care, return to work coordination, occupational health care, or equivalent experience
- Must complete L&I-required training within 30 days of hire.
- Experience implementing treatment plans and coordinating care.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams and comfortable navigating the L&I Claim Account Center.
