Production Team Member - $22.51/hr to $31.02/hr
Full Time; Start times vary between 4:00am to 9:00am
Not bus accessible. Reliable transportation required
We are seeking motivated Production Team Members to join a modern production facility featuring cutting edge equipment and amenities. This is a hands on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial environment and being part of a strong team.
What You’ll Do
- Set up molds and assemble rebar cages
- Pour and finish concrete while maintaining a safe work environment
- Operate hand and power tools, as well as measuring devices
- Operate mobile equipment and cranes
- Work safely around suspended loads and high tension strand
- Access scaffolding and elevated platforms
- Assist with general labor duties and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Construction or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Basic math skills
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
