Position: Moving Professional
Location: Spokane, Washington
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Safely handle, load, unload, and transport household and commercial items
• Operate moving trucks up to 26 feet in various traffic and weather conditions
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Lift and maneuver heavy items (75–100+ lbs) through stairs, hallways, and tight spaces
• Use dollies, ramps, hand trucks, and moving equipment safely and efficiently
• Protect client property using floor runners, door protectors, and furniture padding
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed
• Maintain accurate logs, contracts, and service documentation
• Keep trucks clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary tools and supplies
• Lead crew members while enforcing safety standards and maintaining schedules
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional moving experience required
• 3+ years of moving experience preferred
• Experience leading crews of 3–5 team members preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Clean driving record for the last 36 months
• Ability to meet WAC 480-15-555 background check requirements
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move heavy items safely
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and attention to detail
