Landscaper
Pay: DOE, Day Shift
Job Summary
Seeking dependable Landscapers to support seasonal landscape maintenance and installation projects. This role is responsible for maintaining lawns and outdoor spaces through mowing, trimming, watering, pruning, and general landscape care. Ideal candidates are hardworking, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns and landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, edging, watering, and pruning
- Install and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and irrigation systems
- Keep outdoor areas clean, safe, and visually appealing
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects
- Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials and equipment as needed
- Follow company safety procedures and job site expectations
- Perform general groundskeeping and cleanup duties
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors

- Standard landscaping power equipment
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and walking
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment for extended periods
- Physically demanding labor throughout the shift
- Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
