Human Resource Admin
Pay: $25/hour, Day Shift
Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Human Resource Admin to support daily HR operations, compliance tracking, and general office administration. This evaluation-hire position is responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with hiring and onboarding, supporting payroll and benefits coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR functions including employee records, policy development support, hiring assistance, and benefits/payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA requirements, and workers’ compensation regulations
- Maintain accurate personnel and financial records in secure systems
- Support safety and compliance documentation, including platforms such as Avetta and ISNetworld
- Assist with accounts payable and general administrative duties as needed
- Maintain confidentiality while supporting management and cross-functional office operations
- Provide documentation support for audits, reporting, and compliance reviews
- Use HR and payroll systems for recordkeeping and data entry
- Support onboarding and hiring processes from start to finish
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all HR administrative tasks
