Injection Mold Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Injection Mold Technician to join our manufacturing team on a day shift schedule. This position is responsible for operating injection molding equipment to produce high-quality micro and miniature parts while ensuring products meet precise specifications. Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate injection molding machines to manufacture micro and miniature parts
- Set up molds and load them into injection molding equipment
- Monitor machine operation to ensure consistent production quality
- Inspect finished parts to verify they meet quality standards and specifications
- Identify and report any defects or production issues
- Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to accurately inspect small, precision-manufactured parts
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Dependable work ethic and strong attendance
- Manufacturing or injection molding experience is preferred but not required

- Manufacturing and production facility

- Standing for extended periods while operating equipment
- Exposure to typical manufacturing conditions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when handling materials
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
