Property Manager
$23-$25/hr DOE
We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations and resident relations. If you have property management experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily property operations and maintain well-kept, fully operational properties
- Build positive relationships with residents and help ensure resident satisfaction and retention
- Oversee rent collection, budgets, and overall property financial performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and property management procedures
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and property management reports
- Resolve resident concerns and property-related issues professionally and efficiently
- Conduct property and apartment inspections to ensure quality and maintenance standards
- Use Microsoft Office and Yardi Property Management Software to manage daily tasks and records
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of property management or related industry experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Knowledge of property operations, financial management, and budgeting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software; Yardi experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory compliance
