Licensed HVAC Technician
$35–$45/hour, DOE
We’re partnering with a highly reputable company in Spokane that is looking to add an experienced Licensed HVAC Technician to their team! If you have a strong background in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, and take pride in providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to join an established company with the potential for long-term employment.
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You’ll Do:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Work with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
- Read and interpret equipment specifications, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure all work meets applicable safety codes and industry standards
- Provide professional service and communicate effectively with customers and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Current, valid HVAC license appropriate for the work being performed
- Previous hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
