Manufacturing Operator
We are currently working with a growing company in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Stoughton, WI. They are looking for dependable, optimistic individuals who are eager to learn and grow with the company. This position offers hands-on manufacturing experience and includes machine operation, material handling, mixing, documentation, and forklift operation.
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-12:30am
Responsibilities:
- Operate processing and manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
- Load, measure, and mix materials in processing machines
- Operate a forklift to safely move materials and products throughout the facility
- Complete production records, paperwork, and other required documentation accurately and on time
- Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with other production duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
- Previous GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment and following detailed procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with coworkers
- High school diploma or GED required
