Hannah joined the Madison Express office in January 2020 as an Outside Sales Representative, where she quickly became known for her ability to understand each company’s unique needs and deliver tailored workforce solutions. In 2022, she played a key role in the organization’s expansion and was promoted to Sales and Recruiting Manager for both the Madison and Watertown, Wisconsin offices. By the end of that same year, Hannah led both teams to achieve recognition as one of Express Employment’s Top 50 Sales Teams nationwide.

In 2023, Hannah became the General Manager overseeing the Madison and Watertown locations, serving Jefferson and Dodge Counties. In 2026, she partnered with Stacey Riechers and stepped into the role of Managing Partner for the Watertown office. Hannah is actively involved in several community organizations, including local Chambers of Commerce and SHRM chapters, strengthening her connection to the businesses and people she serves.

Dalton joined the Madison Express team in 2023 as an Employment Specialist, where he quickly excelled in supporting both associates and clients on a daily basis. With a strong passion for finding the right job match for every individual, Dalton built a reputation for his genuine commitment to helping people succeed. He also valued partnering closely with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver dependable solutions.

In 2026, Dalton stepped into the role of Branch Manager for the Madison office while continuing to serve as a key business developer in the community. His ability to build strong relationships, combined with his deep operational knowledge, positions him as a trusted partner to companies throughout the region. Kayleigh joined the Madison Express team as an Employment Specialist with a strong passion for empowering individuals through meaningful employment. Kayleigh specializes in staffing roles across operations, driving, warehouse, production, manufacturing, equipment operation, material handling, general labor, and quality control. Her background in banking, data governance, and human resources brings a detail‑oriented and people‑focused approach to her work. Kayleigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational and Professional Communication from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, further strengthening her ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships throughout the Madison community.

Maegan joined the Madison Express team as a Payroll and Recruiting Specialist, bringing a people‑first mindset and a strong passion for helping individuals find the right employment fit. She plays a key role in supporting daily office operations while working closely with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process, ensuring associates feel confident and prepared for their next opportunity.

Mayra joined the Madison Express team in August 2019 and serves as an Administrative Assistant, playing an essential role in supporting day‑to‑day office operations and creating a welcoming experience for both associates and clients. With several years of customer service and administrative experience, Mayra is known for her professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

Prior to Express, Mayra built a solid foundation in customer service and office support roles, including contact center operations and bilingual client services. Her experience working directly with diverse populations allows her to communicate effectively and provide dependable support in a fast‑paced environment. Mayra holds an Associate of Arts degree and takes pride in being a consistent, friendly presence for everyone who walks through or connects with the Madison Express office.
