Warehouse Associate DeForest Area, WI$20.00–$22.00/hour (Based on Experience)$3.00/hour Shift Differential for 3rd Shift
A well-established distribution company in the DeForest area is hiring Warehouse Associates to join its growing team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values teamwork, safety, and a positive workplace culture. Whether you have warehouse experience or are looking to grow your skills, training is available for motivated candidates.
Schedule
1st Shift: 7:30 AM – Finish
Split Shift: 10:30 AM – Finish (typically around 8:30 PM)
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – Finish
Monday–Friday
Pay
$20.00–$22.00/hour (Based on Experience)
+$3.00/hour shift differential for 3rd Shift
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
Pick pipes, valves, fittings, and related warehouse products
Operate RF scanners to accurately track inventory
Palletize, shrink-wrap, and stage orders for shipping
Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
Operate forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and cherry picker/order picker equipment (training available)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience preferred, but willing to train
Comfortable working at heights while operating an order picker
Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Steel-toe boots required (all other PPE and work apparel provided)
