Virtual Executive Assistant
 
Our client provides speech and language pathology services to school districts, supporting students and schools with specialized services throughout the school year. They are looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to their team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. 
 
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Part-time, up to 10 hours per week initially
Hours: Flexible based on availability and business needs
Location: Virtual

Schedule & Availability
This position will begin at up to 10 hours per week, with flexibility in when those hours are worked. Hours may fluctuate throughout the year, with fewer hours expected during the summer when school is not in session.
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage individual and team calendars, including scheduling meetings, events, and other commitments
  • Assist with school district contracts, estimates, and related administrative paperwork
  • Monitor and respond to emails and help keep communication organized
  • Set up and maintain procedures for assessments and other recurring administrative processes
  • Make routine updates to the company website, such as adding or removing events and making small content changes
  • Assist with data entry, information cleanup, and documentation during audits
  • Assisting with social media management for platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Provide general administrative support and take ownership of additional projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous executive assistant, administrative assistant, office management, or similar experience
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to notice small inconsistencies in documents, formatting, fonts, and other information
  • Able to work independently and use good judgment without needing step-by-step instructions for every task
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with calendars, email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and learning new systems
  • Previous social media experience is a plus
  • Stable work history with a track record of staying in previous positions
