Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)
Our client is a well-established, family-owned company that has been serving the Madison community for more than 70 years. They are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join their Human Resources team and help bring qualified talent into a variety of roles throughout the company.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, connecting with candidates, and building relationships with hiring managers. The position will recruit for a wide range of roles, including drivers, equipment operators, general laborers, sales, customer service, IT, and other positions.

Schedule: Full-Time
Location: East side of Madison, WI
Work includes:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assisting with onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across multiple departments and job types
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify qualified candidates
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other recruiting methods
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and gather feedback
- Maintain accurate candidate information, interview notes, and recruiting activity in the company's ATS
- Provide Spanish/English translation assistance for candidates and customers when needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred, particularly in a high-volume environment
- Experience recruiting for CDL drivers, equipment operators, general laborers, or similar positions is a plus
- Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and common recruiting tools
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working toward recruiting goals and results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and ability to meet pre-employment background and driving record requirements
