Job Full Description
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00/HR
Duties:
-
Perform MIG welding on hollow metal frame material and commercial hardware
-
Assemble hollow metal frames and install commercial hardware components
-
Operate saws, grinders, and sanders to cut and finish metal materials
-
Fabricate custom frames by cutting, punching, welding, grinding, sanding, and finishing per work order specifications
-
Prepare doors for hardware installation, light kits, and glass inserts
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications:
-
1–2 years of experience in metal fabrication or related field
-
Experience using MIG welders preferred
-
Basic construction knowledge, especially with hollow metal and commercial hardware applications

Ability to read and interpret tape measures and blueprints accurately
-
Capable of lifting 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and specifications
