Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay: $17.00/HR
Duties:
- Maintain and organize filing systems for cutting bills, purchase orders, invoices, quotes, and packing slips
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls or messages to appropriate team members
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Create and manage work ticket documentation in alignment with client purchase orders
- Maintain accurate production records and update documentation promptly to reflect changes
- Support administrative team members with tasks as needed
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or administrative experience required
- Experience in manufacturing or production administration preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
