Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/HR
Duties:
-
Expedite customer orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
-
Enter and maintain data for quotes, customer orders, internal stock builds, and RFQ uploads into customer portals
-
Assist with customer quality concerns by coordinating information and supporting resolution efforts
-
Review customer planning and forecasting schedules, including floor inventory updates
-
Run, analyze, and customize account reports as needed
-
Support documentation requests from customers and internal teams
-
Perform general administrative duties to support the sales and operations teams
-
Assist the OEM Account Manager in maintaining and growing customer accounts
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service, administrative, or date entry role within the manufacturing industry

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-
Familiarity with OEM or customer portals is helpful but not required
-
AS400 experience is a plus, but not required
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
-
Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
-
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
