Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: $17.50/HR
Duties:
- Enter orders accurately into the system, including imported and emailed orders.
- Provide backup support for customer service representatives, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
- Follow up on back-ordered items, updating the computer system for weekly status reports.
- Enter tracking numbers and fulfill orders shipped from vendors to ensure accurate status updates for customers and internal staff.
- Assist in fulfilling warehouse shipped orders when required.
- Act as a backup for the receptionist as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order entry is preferred.
- Customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is beneficial.
- Strong computer skills and comfort with learning new programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues in various roles.
