Direct Hire Opportunity!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $40,000 (Salary) + Commission
Duties:
- Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Perform roofing estimates and prepare accurate quotes for clients.
- Utilize ladders to access and inspect roofs as needed.
- Assess roofing conditions and provide detailed project estimates.
- Work comfortably at heights while conducting inspections.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth sales process.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable mode of transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Previous experience in roofing or construction is a plus.
