Schedule:

Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Duties:
-
Perform MIG welding on various metal components to create strong, high-quality welds
-
Execute 1G welds according to project requirements, engineering drawings, and welding codes
-
Set up welding equipment, adjusting settings for different materials, thicknesses, and positions
-
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accuracy
-
Inspect and measure completed welds for precision, structural integrity, and compliance
-
Conduct metal prep work including grinding, cutting, and surface cleaning as required
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all OSHA safety regulations
Qualifications:
-
Previous MIG welding experience (1 year or more preferred)

Ability to read blueprints and understand welding symbols

Skilled in operating welding tools and shop equipment

Familiar with metal finishing tasks such as grinding and cutting

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality welds
-
Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced production setting

Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
