Job Full Description
Direct Hire Opportunity!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (Some overtime and weekends available depending on project and other delays)
Pay: up to $27.00/HR
Duties:
-
Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems, including shingle, metal, tile, and flat roofs
-
Demonstrate a broad knowledge of roofing applications or quickly learn and apply new techniques
-
Identify and troubleshoot roofing issues with a problem-solving, can-do attitude
-
Safely use ladders multiple times per day and work comfortably at heights
-
Follow safety protocols and use proper fall protection equipment
-
Measure, cut, and install roofing materials with precision and efficiency
-
Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installation
-
Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards
-
Work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety and quality standards

Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors

Perform other duties as assigned to complete roofing projects efficiently
Qualifications:
-
Experience: 1 year of roofing experience preferred; general construction experience (1 year) is a plus

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs multiple times per day

Comfortable working at heights and using ladders frequently throughout the day

Strong work ethic with the ability to work in various weather conditions

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new roofing techniques
-
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively

Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
