Direct Hire Opportunity!
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:00am
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 /HR
Duties:
-
Perform preventative and daily maintenance on production equipment.
-
Inspect and identify equipment needing repairs.
-
Use manuals and online resources to troubleshoot and determine repairs.
-
Order necessary supplies and materials for maintenance and repairs.
-
Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficiency.
-
Learn and assist with product testing and production checks.
-
Complete paperwork accurately for maintenance and production records.
-
Assist with daily production shutdown and equipment maintenance.
-
Occasionally support production and material handling, from raw materials to final product loading.
-
Operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods.
-
Keep the warehouse clean and organized; assist with trailer cleaning as needed.

Maintain inventory records and perform counts as required.
-
Serve as a backup for the Shift Supervisor when needed.
Qualifications:
-
Skilled in using hand and power tools
-
Effective communication skills with all team members to ensure proper information exchange
-
Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
-
Proficient in basic math functions (addition, division, multiplication, subtraction)

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
-
Capable of safely operating a forklift
-
Adherence to safety regulations, including OSHA, FSMA, and company policies
-
Willingness to work extra hours on short notice to maintain steady operations

Positive and professional attitude

Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner

Ability to work safely and efficiently

Ability to handle multiple priorities and prioritize tasks effectively
