Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay: $20.00 /HR
Duties:
-
Set up and align concrete wall forms (aluminum forms preferred)
-
Assist in pouring and finishing concrete into forms
-
Place and secure formwork using stakes, ties, clamps, and other fasteners
-
Read and interpret blueprints or construction drawings to determine form layout
-
Ensure forms are level, plumb, and properly aligned
-
Clean, maintain, and dismantle forms after use
-
Safely operate hand and power tools related to form setting and concrete work
-
Work closely with the crew to maintain efficient workflow and high safety standards
-
Follow all site safety regulations and procedures

Assist with general labor tasks on-site as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience with concrete or construction work (1 year preferred)

Knowledge of aluminum wall forms is a plus
-
Comfortable working in all soil and weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Willingness to learn and follow directions
-
Dependable with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
-
Ability to read tape measures and basic construction layouts is helpful
