Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 2:00pm
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR
Duties:
- Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to commercial businesses to identify roofing service and sales opportunities
- Complete a high volume of calls daily (60–80 calls) to generate leads and build customer relationships
- Set appointments for the Outside Sales team and support their sales efforts
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing contacts to maintain engagement
- Accurately document all calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Work closely with Outside Sales to align on goals, priorities, and lead quality
- Utilize office tools including PC, phone systems, CRM software, and standard office equipment
- Track and meet performance metrics, including call volume and appointment setting goals
- Maintain organized records and ensure attention to detail in all communications
Qualifications:
- Previous inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems preferred
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with outside sales staff
