Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm
Pay: $20.00/HR
Duties:
-
Assist in pouring and finishing concrete into forms (approximately 75% flatwork, 25% walls)
-
Place and secure formwork using stakes, ties, clamps, and other fasteners
-
Read and interpret blueprints or construction drawings to determine form layout
-
Ensure forms are level, plumb, and properly aligned
-
Clean, maintain, and dismantle forms after use
-
Safely operate hand and power tools related to form setting and concrete work
-
Work closely with the crew to maintain an efficient workflow and uphold safety standards
-
Follow all site safety regulations and procedures
-
Perform general labor tasks on-site as needed
Qualifications:
-
Valid driver’s license required
-
Comfortable working in all soil and weather conditions
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
-
1+ year of experience in concrete or construction work (preferred)
-
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
