DIRECT HIRE!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 1:55pm - 10:00pm
Pay: $35.00 - $41.00 /HR
Duties:
-
Observe mechanical operations of equipment to detect deficiencies or malfunctions
-
Inspect and test damaged machine parts to determine necessary repairs
-
Collaborate with supervisors, production staff, and other departments to coordinate repairs and maintenance
-
Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance as outlined in documentation (e.g., lubrication, condition monitoring, alignments)
-
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment using established industry standards
-
Install, replace, or adjust machine components following manufacturer specifications and best mechanical practices

Safely rig, disassemble, and assemble equipment using chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists
Qualifications:
-
Maintenance Mechanic journeyman card or equivalent industrial maintenance experience required
-
Prior maintenance mechanic experience in a foundry setting preferred
-
Experience with automatic molding and core-making machines a strong plus
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift or equipment used for heavier loads)

Must be comfortable with physical activities such as bending, kneeling, standing, and general mobility throughout the shift
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety
