TEMPORARY CYCLE COUNTER POSITION
Hours: Monday-Thursday 5:30am-3:30pm
* OT as needed on Friday from 5:30am-1:30pm
Pay: $19.85/HR
Duties:
- Good Attitude - deals with many people through-out the plant, as well as managers
- Excellent Attendance
- Excellent attention to detail - They must be able to count quickly and accurately. This can sometimes be quite stressful if there is a count needed on a hot part. This is also where attitude comes in.
- Ability to work semi-independently
- There is a lot of walking
- Solid math skills
- Understanding of Inventory management
Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience, including knowledge of manufacturing processes, or related experience.

Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment.

Accountability for own actions and follow-through on commitments.

Ability to understand and execute basic standard assembly procedures and interpret basic instructions.
