Job Full Description
Hours:
-
Weeks 1 & 3: Two 12-hour shifts on Monday–Tuesday, off Wednesday–Thursday, then three 12-hour shifts Friday–Sunday.

Weeks 2 & 4: Two 12-hour shifts on Wednesday–Thursday only.
Pay: $22.00 /HR
Duties:
-
Demonstrate commitment to safety and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
-
Review job tickets to understand quantities, special instructions, and customer requirements.
-
Determine the most efficient manufacturing method for each job.
-
Assist with set-ups and operation of the printing press.
-
Maintain high production efficiency according to established equipment rates.
-
Monitor product quality, troubleshoot issues, and make decisions to ensure acceptable output.
-
Complete required quality inspections and all associated paperwork.
-
Collaborate with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance.
-
Support overtime needs to meet customer demand.

Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance on the assigned press and surrounding area.

Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance processes, and job reporting requirements.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
-
Previous manufacturing or printing experience preferred, but not required.
-
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn press operation.
-
Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
-
Reliable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
-
Willingness to work overtime when required.
