Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
Pay: $16.50/HR
Duties:
- Filling and bagging mattresses with materials such as foam and springs.
- Sealing and labeling mattresses for identification and packaging.
- Assembling boxes for mattress packaging.
- Cutting materials and panels for use in the sewing process.
- Rotating through different departments based on production needs.
- Using a glue or stapler gun to attach mattress components.
- Assisting with the final touches of mattress production.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or light assembly experience is preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus for shipping/receiving positions, but training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs consistently.
- Team player with adaptability to different tasks within the manufacturing process.
