Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00/HR
Duties:
-
Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure safe vehicle operation.

Assist with loading materials onto the truck and verify all paperwork matches loaded items.

Secure all materials properly to ensure safe transport.
-
Plan daily routes and deliver materials to designated customer locations.
-
Assist with unloading materials at delivery sites and obtain required customer signatures.
-
Communicate with supervisor regarding unscheduled pick‑ups or route changes.
-
Return nonconforming materials to the facility and unload as required.

Complete all required reports, logs, and documentation, and check with supervisor for additional runs.

Wear required PPE (safety shoes, gloves, glasses, etc.) at all times.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the bay supervisor, lead, or management.
Qualifications:
-
Valid CDL Class B license; ability to operate vehicles safely and professionally.

Minimum one year of flatbed driving experience preferred.

Ability to read and use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.

Ability to safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and flatbed trucks.

Strong attention to detail when handling paperwork, securing loads, and following safety procedures.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
