Job Full Description
TEMPORARY POSITION OPPORTUNITY!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay: $20.00/HR
Duties:
-
Load and unload residential items in and out of moving trucks
-
Lift and carry items over 50 lbs, including large and bulky furniture
-
Handle fragile and delicate items with care
-
Use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, straps, and pads
-
Perform general labor tasks such as packing, wrapping, staging, and organizing items
-
Assist with organizing and securing items inside the truck to prevent shifting
-
Keep trucks and work areas clean before and after each move
Qualifications:
-
Work closely with team members to lift, maneuver, and position large or awkward items
-
Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and coworkers
-
Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled shift
-
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
-
Follow safety procedures to prevent injuries and protect customer property
-
Adapt to physical demands such as bending, lifting, carrying, climbing, and standing for long periods
