Direct Hire Opportunity!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (end times are based on project)
Pay: up to $40.00/HR
Duties:
-
Visit customers’ homes to perform demos, site prep, and measurements for seamless steel siding installation
-
Install seamless steel or aluminum siding, trim, accessories, and related exterior components with precision
-
Load materials onto the truck, track inventory, and document all materials used or returned
-
Read and follow job instructions, work orders, and project specifications accurately
-
Deliver a positive customer experience through professional communication and on‑site interaction
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
-
Assist other crews as needed to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

Uphold a “craftsman mentality,” prioritizing quality workmanship over speed
Qualifications:
-
3–5 years of experience installing seamless steel or aluminum siding (or similar exterior construction experience)

Strong understanding of hand tools, power tools, and standard installation equipment
-
Ability to work comfortably on ladders and at heights up to a second story
-
Reliable, motivated, and professional demeanor with pride in craftsmanship
-
Ability to work outdoors year‑round in varying weather conditions
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-
Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to support other installers and crews
