DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00/HR
Duties:
-
Purchasing vendor supplies and managing procurement needs.
-
Handling vendor issues, delays, and updates.
-
Communicating with sales and manufacturing to provide order status and changes.
-
Building rapport with vendors and collaborating with internal buyers.
-
Working on phones and computers, including AS400/EMR systems.
-
Managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
-
Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to support purchasing operations.
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience working with manufacturing vendors and purchasing.
-
Strong communication skills for vendor and internal team interactions.
-
Proficiency with phones, computers, and systems such as AS400/EMR.
-
High attention to detail for accurate order entry and tracking.
-
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
-
Strong problem‑solving skills for vendor‑related issues.
-
Ability to work effectively with internal departments and external partners.
