Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/HR
Duties:
- Perform quality checks on paper products to ensure they meet specifications and standards
- Float between production areas to provide support where needed most
- Stack and organize pallets safely and efficiently
- Set up and stage raw materials for production runs
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished goods
- Support Machine Operators with daily production tasks and workflow
- Operate pallet jacks and assist with forklift operations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
- Experience operating pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail, especially in quality inspection
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible and adaptable—ability to work in multiple areas as needed
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of production processes and safety standards
