Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/HR
Duties:
- Assemble components and finished products according to specifications, work instructions, and quality standards
- Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and technical documents
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect completed assemblies to verify accuracy, functionality, and adherence to quality standards
- Perform basic fabrication and equipment-related tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support production goals by completing work efficiently and accurately
- Report defects, issues, or discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with equipment and components
- Experience in assembly, fabrication, maintenance, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
